That’s Chuck Inglish, he’s half of the duo that makes up The Cool Kids. They make music and they’re cool. The Cool Kids produced an original track, 2K Pennies, for the NBA 2K9 soundtrack and both Chuck Inglish and Mikey Rocks will be playable characters in Blacktop streetball mode. That’s “straight fire” as John would say.
