Fallout 3 for the Xbox 360 has leaked onto the Internet, and it’s available on all the big BitTorrent sites, Usenet, etc. You’ll needed a modded console to play it, obviously.
The 6.52GB file leaked sometime yesterday, only a few days after the game went gold.
I would say this is the second biggest leak of the year—Grand Theft Auto IV’s leak, I think, was a “bigger” event.
Bethesda, the game’s developer, has yet to release an official comment.
The game is scheduled for release on October 31 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Yes, it was leaked to torrent sites; and yes, you need a mod chip in your 360 to use it, and not as many people have mod chips in their 360. This normally always happens to most higher end xbox 360 games always release on the internet before their release dates. Not as much a big deal as PC games, where anyone can play them with a crack… Well, not everyone; you need a higher end PC just to run Brothers In Arms: Hell’s Highway in 640×480 (not that I know…)! lol
Well, you don’t need any sort of “chip” in your xbox 360. Its only a software modification of the xbox 360 drive and quite easy to do.
It’s only a software mod? How do you do this? By voiding your warranty? By opening up your 360 and taking out for cd-rom drive from it and plugging your 360 into a PC’s dvd-rom drive and loading information into your 360 hard drive? I think that’s hwo it goes… But it can take a long time for noobs, I don’t even dare try it with my 360, in fact today was the first time I heard of soft modding, but whatever… The games will be out soon enough, and it loks wicked
flashing you 360’s drive is pretty easy. hell, every single person who have only done it once in the name of piracy are “noobs”. google textbook’s guide (it’s a pdf) and you’ll find out more.

They play pretty good. Halo, Gears of War, Bioshock, Millah
