"epidemic of cracked solder"... I believe that comment is reserved for the xbox 360. After reading comments from 360 supporters who have gone through several RROD and seeing their friends go through at least once or more.(yet they still continue playing 360) Now, that sounds more like a epidemic than the nvidia issue. I like nvidia, ati, and intel gpu (if you can call the intel a gpu, lol but hey, it works.) Yes, they all have bad and good chips. The problem is picking the one that works great for that generation.

Does this mean we're going to need to update from Intel to keep up-to-date with the next generation OS's? Or are we keeping the same Intel core but with a new chipset?

Oh and do you think we'll get a change in design? It is much needed, but nVidia employees have only seen the same design with new chips. Is Apple playing with us again?
