Any Apple fanbois in the crowd going to see this wherever it’s released in the fall? Assuming it will make it into theaters. This whole “Cult of Mac” is rather intriguing, but makes me wonder why these people flock to a company the way they do. It’s really weird.

  • Perhaps one day Windows PCs will become as well loved by their users as Macs are today.

  • His Steveness shall strike you down with great vengance, Peter.

  • The funny thing is that the difference between the people on Windows vs Mac is that the people on Mac care enough about what they are using to buy Mac. Windows is for the people who a) don’t care, b) are gamers c) like to tweek their stuff, or d) don’t really care and just want something that fits the budget.

I think this movie is an insult to people who buy mac products. Let’s not forget what apple did to portable music. But beyond that, they could just as easily look at how people buy NA made cars right.

    • That’s a good start, but let me add to your list:

“…Windows if for the people who ”
      e) aren’t arrogant or self-involved enough, f) don’t have the courage to be lead around by their wallet by a modern-day hybrid reincarnation of Rasputin, P.T. Barnum, and Jim Jones, g) are not afraid of buttons, h) don’t believe that greasy, sushi-scented fingerprints smeared across over-priced glass will get them laid…

I could go on, but I have an exterior life. Ooh! reason i)!

  • I dont think apple give people what they need, is more like apple is telling them what they need. To be honest most people should follow that, i mean why search thru hundreds of pcs looking for that right one while you can just have steve sell you one of his for double the price.. with a powerful machine like that no one should have any trouble checking their myspace.
