The Buffalo support and warranty policy is so lame that I can't believe you can praise the latest iteration of a piece of junk. We've had 2 TS 1's and one TS2 in our small office in the past 11 months -- all broke, trashing our data and costing thousands in IT and clerical labor.

And Buffalo could care less. The new Pro2 they sent us to replace a new Pro1 (that lived for 10 months) and remanufactured Pro1 (that lasted 2 days) just gave out and they won't honor its 1-year warranty. They just say it replaced a remanufactured unit, so voila -- 90 days is all we got to watch it fail.

Stop reviewing their products and do your readers a service by recommending a more durable product!
