Blast has a story about the cars of the future, a collection of kickass concept vehicles from all over the world – well, mostly Europe and Japan but there is one Buick. American makers are busy figuring out how to get a cup holder next to the gas pedal.
One interesting little car is the Mini SUV with Center Globe. The Globe is a glowing orb that shows most of your GPS and read-out functions and you can also use to surf the web. Instead of a key, you put a little ball next to the globe which rolls down into place and triggers the engine.
The Buick Invicta has 250-horsepower engine and, ummm, not much else. Power is king, people.
I don’t see how an SUV can be a car of the future. The future is for small economical and perhaps electric cars.

SUV’s could be the future. Who knows, all we need to do is invent an engine that is greener. Electric engines are not the answer!! The batteries run out and we havent yet found out how to recycle or despose of them!
