Wow, Gears of War 2 has now leaked and can be found all over the place. I just checked Usenet, and it’s there waiting for you. It’s also on private and public torrent sites if you feel like risking a hefty fine (maybe).
The game is scheduled to come out three weeks from now on November 7.
It can’t be too long before Epic and/or Microsoft make a comment about its leak.
Wow that image looks amazing. I can’t imagine this game being better than the original because it was just that good! But I am sure I will be once again WOWED!! I still play the first game and it is still a blast.
Trust me it is sweet and believe me I played it. I have a friend who said he had it and I didnt believe him, then he brought his 360 over to my place(modified) and there it was!!! It’s WAY better than the first. Better weapons, awesome stages, and the AI is the most intelligent I have ever seen. Oh yea and MORE LOCUSTS and i mean ALOT like wave after wave. There’s a mode called “Horde Mode”, where you just have to keep getting rid of them, and they come faster than you can reload. And the multiplayer is SWEET awesome stages and wide open areas. This piracy stuff i have to admit is not cool. But who cares cuz GEARS OF WAR II IS AWESOME!!AAAAAHHHH!!! I’m still gonna buy it though, I think everyone should. They made a great game, so why not reward them for it? If someone stole something we created that was so cool, wouldn’t we be pissed?
Reporting that there was a leak and the game is out on the net is one thing, but making sure that people know it’s on Usenet and private and public torrent sites isn’t cool. Piracy really does hurt game developers. Encouraging it – even tacitly – is really uncool.
I agree with ya, man. But, games like this aren’t worth downloading, IMO, because you can’t play online with a hacked 360. Doesn’t make it right, but it’s inevitable these days and we didn’t break this story either.

This is actually depressing, All I do is play GoW. I know this is stupid but I consider that my Game. I have never played another game as much as I play that. I just really was excited for the midnight sale ( of which this will be the first I’ve been to) where the whole world feels the excitement of seeing this for the first time with me.
I hope this guy gets caught and anal intruded with a limited edition copy.

Piracy is awesome, but sucks at the same time. Hopefully people actually buy it.
Hopefully something happens were piracy goes back into the “scene”… I really would have better games than pirated crappy ones.
Hopefully devs and publishers will agree on put their games on something like steam(which is harder to crack).

I go online and i look for leaked Gears 2 online play because it’s a few days from release and i stumble upon this… all of this talk about people having no lives and piracy is bad and good at the same time etc, etc… if you don’t like piracy and such why do you search it up?
