Fact is, EPIC has released PC Gears 1 title with editor!

Even if EPIC decides not to publish a PC version of Gears 2, your still going to see this sequel pirated and later ported to the PC through a series of reverse engineering the associated paths from 360 to PC.

It would be in EPIC's best favor to release a PC version and deal with that small 20:1 ratio.

EPIC made millions off its previous title and this is exactly the reason why people steal. People aren't stupid, they are desperate. They have every reason to be...

Common sense.
