Another good safety accessory is the Hori Protective Filter, an anti-scratch screen protector for the PSP. A lot of PSP users have mentioned that they like this accessory because unlike some other screen protectors, the Hori Filter gives you a clear view of the screen with no overt blurriness. It also has anti-glare features, making it easy for you to play your PSP under bright light. And it is very affordable as well.

"THAT SUCK"
I ordered the 3000 R&C before i heard about the problems with it, (and 4 extra games). I have it being shiped to the store for pick up, so when it arrives i will go to customer service to pick it up. "I will return it right then."
I was so excited to get one and was even going to get it after the reports on the screen, until i seen that they are not going to fix the problem...
"I think ill get a DS insteed".

From the sounds of it, they didn't think they were selling bad products. They knowingly did this because they thought it would improve gaming performance.

Knowingly selling bad products is just dumb business. They should set up an exchange program and give people the opportunity to get what they thought they were paying for. I see this easily turning into a class action lawsuit.
