Apple isn&#039;t the Innovator of ultraliht and thin notebooks!
The R600 is just an evelotion of the R500 (more memory capapble, newer chipset/graphic card, a little faster processor, an USB/esata combo port, expresscard slot instead pcccard). The size and weight is exactly same as R500.  And the R500 came out in mid 2007 so who is jumping on whos bandwagon?
Besides that I have a R200 which came out in 2005 or 2004. Which ways also under 3 lbs and is very thin.</description>
