If your BlackBerry 88xx series mobile phone is getting a little stale, a Sharpie marker and a few minutes of your time is all you need to customize it to your liking. Basically, you’re going to tear the phone apart to reach the LED behind the trackball and color it with your favorite color. Even if you use a permanent marker, the color will eventually fade due to the trackballs constant rubbing but that will give you the option of changing it up a bit from time to time.

That’s cool. Hopefully no one destroys their phones trying to this. Doesn’t seem too involved though.
LOL at this movie. Check out the full tag line (courtesy of imdb.com) :
“The first testament says “an eye for an eye.” – The second testament says “love thy neighbor.” – The third testament … Kicks Ass!!!”
Don’t waste your time or risk damaging your phone. There is a free app called Color Pearl that works great.
Yeah seriously. You could manually do it, or use color pearl. Just google it. And with color pearl you can set it to change colors every time you use the phone. So like it goes into your pocket, comes out to check the time, and BAM color change.

If you don’t want to color on your phone, there are other options. I bought a green colored berryball for my Curve from http://berryball.com and I would say it is the best $14 I have spent in a long time. It is actually a way smoother trackball than my first one was, and it’s a lot cooler than any of my friends dirty trackballs. :-)
