I think people are taking this thing a little too seriously. Monuments and landmarks are destroyed all the time in Hollywood blockbusters. It’s just a fantasy, nothing more.

I actually love these games and think it looks really gothic and cool. I know no one wants to think of the capital that way but hey look at the movie Independence Day no one seemed to mind blowing up the capital. Regardless of what DC thinks I love the game and the visual of the capital building.
