The product is an excellent idea. However, the quality is terrible. The clock will not maintain the time. The sun flickers on and off when it is supposed to be lit. The buttons do not consistently work. I am extremely disappointed as our daughter responded well when the product was working properly for the first couple of weeks. When it finally arrived, 4 weeks after ordering it, I was horrified. It did not even turn on. So I called the customer service number--no response. I emailed their customer service rep listed on their web site--no response. It has been 3 weeks and still no response! Then I researched it on line--and found that I am one of MANY individuals who are literally left in the dark. This company is a SCAM!!! Do not buy this item!
