Thanks, Peter.

It is amazing: every single netbook seems to have one glaring flaw (battery life, touchpad, keyboard, resolution, heat, etc.). I'm beginning to think the Intel Reference Design requires at least one facet of any netbook to be flawed.

The trackpad is quite small and the vertical buttons will take some getting used to. As far as the screen resolution goes, it's quite clear, but I only demoed the Amy Poehler rap from SNL on YouTube. I didn't have any qualms about anything, really. However, I would need more than 15 minutes with it to give it a fair assessment. I really liked the MIE interface and its size. I'll have more when a review unit is sent to us.

Peter,

Please comment on the usability of the rather narrow-height touchpad with vertical buttons. Also, how well the screen resolution displays web pages.

Sweet... nice little machine and nice overall. Put the 16GB SSD drive in it and it's a perfect road machine. That a review unit or travel to HP to view it?
