Sound & Vision has a list of what they feel are the top high definition shows this fall.
- CSI: Miami
- Pushing Daisies
- The Mentalist
- Heros
- True Blood
- The Office
- Dexter
While I don’t disagree with first two, Dexter (best show on TV, btw) and True Blood should be higher on the list. Plus SNL, Stargate: Atlantis, and ER all better looking than The Office. Great show, but there are better eye candy shows out there. Any others?
Ugly Betty looks fantastic as well. Really colorful (like Pushing Daisies) and the colors leap off the screen.
Plus lots of attractive women in HD. Betty works at a fashion magazine after all. :)
Sci-fi Channel in HD is not availabe on a lot of cable systems,
Cox in Phoenix and Tucson, just to name a couple.
How about Burn Notice (USA) or The Closer (TNT). Burn Notice in the Miami area has great scenery & cool action sequences, while Closer has just great cinematography and a nice picture (at least on DTV.)
