This is a Tubgirl-themed Xbox 360 faceplate. Some guy named SpaceGhost2K gave it to Cliff Bleszinski at the Gears of War 2 launch party in Los Angeles.
Apparently Bleszinski “requested” a Tubgirl faceplate the last time he met Mr. Ghost2K.
