		<description>When the man himself decides to hire someone, I&#039;d imagine he just does it. Just think about the issues he&#039;s had to face to get Apple to where it&#039;s at and to force people to create what he believed in, I can only imagine how many times he had to repeat himself, especially in earlier times when they might have not been the &quot;cool&quot; thing.

My guess is that when Apple offered him a position, they knew and Steve Jobs knew exactly what they&#039;d deal with, and felt they could handle it. 

In the end, my bet is that Apple will have their master of paper. I&#039;m jealous of him for being able to work directly under Steve Jobs...</description>
