But no weapons—under maritime law, private vessels are banned from carrying them." Can someone explain to me why not? Isn't international water two miles out? Why can't you carry guns to discourage pirates? In that pic above the dood on the left has a shoulder mounted RPG. Umm, hello? If I had a large vessel I sure as hell would want to defend it.
