Japanese computer hardware maker OTAS today announced the lightest and smallest wireless mouse available on the Japanese market [JP]. Measuring just 38×68x28mm, the so-called e-blue PEQUENO weighs 35 grams.

The 2.4GHz mouse features three different resolutions (400dpi,800dpi and 1600dp) and a battery lifespan of 21 hours. It’s compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0 and runs under Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista or Mac OS X 10.2 and higher.

  • So beautiful! First time I saw him I thought it was a USB memory stick. It’s perfect for using with the laptop in small spaces. One would help me very much, I think I will buy it.

  • Cool laptop mouse ..,

    Did anyone see a newly launched super-mini mouse called the Z-Nano? Got pretty good reviews…. and believe it or not, it is less than a QUARTER the size of this e-blue PEQUENO!

  • Hello,

    I have this mouse but lost the USB cable (to charge it). Can anyone help me what type of USB cable for this mouse? it is not like any usual mini USB cable. Thanks

    • hey vico didnt u have any problem making it work the first time? i cant make mine work ….just got it today

      • i too just got mine the other day, but can’t seem to get it to work….
        i followed all the steps::
        plug the wire into the mouse
        plug the other side of the wire into the usb port
        insert the small usb thing
        vista says its ready
        but…. its not! no light to say its charging
        and no action!! any step i’m missing?

        is it because my laptop isn’t plugged into an outlet and running off battery?

  • Have done all the steps as per instructions only to find the mouse is not charging on my Sony laptop even with power cords attached to computer as opposed to using battery power. 24hrs later and still nothing! Have I wasted my money on this product? What needs to be done which is NOT noted in the instructions? Don’t think I’ll buy this product or brand again if no-one has a solution. Help!

  • I bought a mouse and the like much, it is small and functional and note 10.

  • please help, i have the same problem with jira and disappointed above. when i plug in the usb charger, it lights up for 20 or so seconds, then gone. but the thing wouldnt still work.
