I think that the video was the hyped part – I guess i could have been more clear: the video part that everyone was all so hyped up about turned out to be pretty weak. The rest of the camera is great, but they did push the video quite a bit.

The D90 is actually a very superb camera and I havn’t seen any reviews to contradict that. As far as the video feature goes I don’t think it was ever really “hyped”, it’s just a cool feature meant to compliment the camera.
