Fiio E5 headphone amp makes your weak iPod work with your sweet cans

If you have a really nice pair of headphones with major drivers to pump rich sound into your ears, you probably already know that not all media players have the chops to make your cans really go. The output from things like iPod Nanos is enough to drive little in-ear headphones and earbuds, but at some point you get headphones where the signal just isn’t enough. This little amp from Fiio (replacing the E3) boosts the signal without adding noise and makes your nice audio gear sound great away from your hi-fi.

It costs less than $20, although it’s not available on their site yet.
