Ha! Check out this Zapruder-quality photo of an upcoming PS3 holiday bundle, taken at a Best Buy. (We’re not sure if it’s Best Buy-exclusive.) If we’re to believe this to be authentic, the bundle contains an 80GB system, Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction and the Blu-ray edition of Casino Royale. (Speaking of which, anyone see Quantum of Solace? I heard mixed things.) All this for $400, meaning you can consider the game or movie to be free.
This bundle goes on sale on November 28, which, yes, is Black Friday. I wonder how “black” it’ll be this year, or will retailers be all “um, no one’s buying anything, let’s panic.” What a time to be alive!
If you like Bond, you will want to see QoS. Watch Casino Royale first, then see Quantum of Solace. Or do it like I did – See QoS, realize you’ve forgotten some of the background, watch CR, then see QoS again.
It was totally worth it.
I saw Casino Royale when it came out and just saw QoS..I agree totally worth it. Make sure you see both movies though to get the full experience.
Well, if you are looking for a bond movie , rent an old Roger moore or Sean connery movie and watch it again. If you are easily satisfied by some action movie , watch QOS . There is nothing beyond the few pieces of action in the movie . No plot , No cars ( other than for an Aston Martin he destroys in the first minute ), No Q .. the list goes. Mark forster might be hating himself for doing this . One piece of advice for barbara brocolli – we loved our Bonds the way they were – womanizer with the one liner which Sir Sean Connery made epic – Bond , James Bond . The new one is stripped of all the bond stuff and in my opinion its just another action movie.
