		<description>Wish that were the case with me... ironically, this morning, Comcast took it upon themselves to disable port 25 as they accused me of spamming - though offering absolutely no evidence to support that bogus claim. Good grief!</description>

		<description>what no sarcastic remark or nasty dig against comcast? good post. while i know the ISPs, cable cos, telcos are a frequent source of pain for a lot of people, there positive stories that never get a blog posting. 

lets face it - we, as normal humans, don&#039;t give willingly give positive feedback if there is nothing in it for us. people are much more likely to post a rant or go out of their way to talk about their negative experiences(e.g. the crazies on consumerist) -- sometimes resulting in a payoff (free service, new gadget, etc.)

glad you guys took the time to write about a positive customer experience.</description>
