		<description>Consider the uses.  Here in Texas and places like Arizona - something like this would be awesome in the summer to cool our cars while sit in the heat and even to cool our houses from the heat on the roof.

Its sad how all these &quot;discoveries&quot; reported on these sites never seem to result in products in the real world.</description>
