I can’t tell you the last DVD/Blu-ray I purchased. It might have been the Matrix years ago, but I’m going to run out and buy The Dark Knight Blu-ray in a few minutes. I don’t know what it is, but I want that disc. Maybe I wanna be in on the best selling title of all time race. Don’t get me wrong, it was an amazing movie, but I don’t have much desire to watch it again. Yet, I am going to buy the disc. Leave me alone. How about you?

I’ll rent it probably, but buying it? With RedBox and Netflix around, do many people buy DVD’s anymore?
I’m in the same boat…kind of. I didn’t enjoy the movie nearly as much as everyone else seemed to, and don’t have a whole lot of desire to watch it again any time soon…but I will be picking it up on blu-ray by end-of-week.
The fact that it comes with a digital copy is reason enough to buy the disk.
Just checked it out last night on Amazon.com, it comes with a little nice bonus! Batman’s bike from the movie!
record it off of PPV
I bought the DVD Special Edition from Amazon.com and was waiting around at midnight last night for the digital copy to be released as the DVD was set to arrive in the mail today. It started downloading to my PC around 1:45 AM and was ready to play just after 2 AM. I would have watched it but I did have work in the morning :P
I love this movie. I saw it twice in the theater and once in IMAX. Ive had my hands on it for a few weeks now and have probably watched it once a week since then. One of the best movies ever made.
