My problem with James before he morphed into Diego Norte is lack of customer support. He made a few shipping errors (or his drop ship company) and I tried to get them resolved through email, through calls to drop ship company, even PayPal dispute. Nothing resolved it and I lost faith in the man. I know he has a system and likes to keep to it, but any business with no customer support (not even a ticket system) is doomed to alienate customers as it did me.

You must be confused. James Brausch is a long time spammer. Can’t imagine him ever quitting without action from State Attorney Generals (which will hopefully be forthcoming).

WHO besides James Brausch, would so relentlessly want to defend him on this forum?

Especially after reading all the many legitimate complaints about him at the beginning of the article?

Is there a way to get him a message? Perhaps by posting a message to his wife’s blog or one of his other family member’s blogs? Or maybe his chiropractor father in law (Greg Molis) in Salt Lake City can relay a message?

Maybe the nasty messages on here will cease if James Brausch or his protege Stephen Dean take a vacation.

Interesting that the so-called “complaint” above you referred to was JUST posted TODAY. That sounds like retaliation, James. Of course, that’s what some would expect from you.

Looks pretty desperate.

And all of this because you are relentlessly spamming forums and web sites that do NOT want you, James. Then, they ask you to stop, bringing attention to you, and you respond in this manner. How about just NOT SPAMMING and operating a legitimate business? Oh, that would involve real work, and not questionable shortcuts.

Is all the diatribe about your religion (LDS) on your blog for real? Or is it just a self-serving pill to ease your conscience?

Obviously YOU are a shill, along with Stephen Dean. Otherwise, how could you possibly not read all the COMPLAINT LINKS above and say, “everything looks kosher.” That is just plain ridiculous. Anybody who has read down to this point has already studied the negative stuff and this just underscores all of it.

John Biggs is one of the biggest spammers on the ‘net and listed in the ROSKO list of scammers and spammers.

He’s got a lot to talk about. I don’t see any of the names JB (John Biggs) names in this post on any known spam lists.

It looks like one is a corporate site and the other a personal blog.

I don’t know why CrunchGear invites scammers and spammers like JB to post here.

Nobody posted Kristi Brausch’s blog here, somebody posted a LINK to it! This is the internet. That’s how the internet works. The only person that mentioned anything specific about that blog was YOU! Until YOU commented it was just referred to as a link, nothing more.

People can reference other web sites if they want to. Besides, why does that bother you? Don’t you think she is proud of this man she married, James Brausch? Wouldn’t she want the world to know that she fully supports him and his activities? That she agrees with what he does?

Thanks for illustrating exactly why James Brausch’s tactics are bad and how they ultimately backfire. Something tells me however that he will have a long way to go before (IF) he ever learns this. But for everyone else, it is a great learning experience.

I’ve never seen a joe job on a blog before now. Isn’t anyone concerned with the policies of crunchgear here?

How would you like it if someone was allowed to post in your name in a comment and it wasn’t even deleted by the moderators? IMHO, this is extremely irresponsible.
