The plan involves the development of various applications that will help students to keep in touch with their teachers and keep track of to-do’s. They also want to develop a hierarchical application that will help organize university life, sign up for tests, blah blah. Yeah, it must be great to study in Köln. The city you mean is “Cologne” in your language. And I’m pretty sure the university also has an official English name. Try researching that better next time.
My language is hungarian. In hungarian Köln is Köln since we don’t need to rename everything to be able to pronounce it. Thanks for being smart.
