I've done a bit of research on various sites that you can recycle your used electronics on. In terms of sites that will pay you, I found that cashforlaptops.com pays the most. They also have others sites that you can sell your blackberry, smartphone, iphone, or ipod on. They gave me the best quote for my broken macbook.

Hey All,

Dan from Gazelle.com here. We're another company that can help people get rid of their old electronics responsibly during and after the holiday season. If the gadgets still have value, we'll pay out or donate the proceeds to a charity. Laptops, cell phones, mp3 players, and digital cameras are a few of the categories we support.
