While I say both, I feel that the service is more important than the gadget.

The problem is, no matter how good the service is, it is useless if the gadget can't make decent use of it. While the service is still far more important than the gadget using it, if you can't get a single gadget out there that can at least do a decent job of using the service (dosen't have to be an incredible job, though that would help) then the service is as useless as the gadget.
