It looks more like something that would appeal to either the low end of the female teenage crowd (is that the pedophile angle?) or the low end taste adult female.
Either way, its a disgusting design idea.

Sorry, after reading the title, when i was reading the article i thought he wrote “holds your penis and pencils!”…..spent a couple minutes trying to figure out how to get it in the cup holder :S but i just thought it would have been funny if you had actually wrote that haha.
