For the money, I will go for the Alienware 17 notebook not HP due to weighs a bit more than most laptops at 13 pounds It can not use single ATI 4850 to reduce heat since desktop base 4850 TDP is 110w and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850 GPUs is not ready therefore even newest Alienware 17 notebook are still use two ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870 GPUs set up in CrossFire mode.
