I just installed the latest yellowsn0w (0.9.4) and reset all my network settings (Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings). The phone rebooted and T-Mo popped right up. Note I also had 3G turned off.
Anyone else get things to work?

I had issues where my phone would keep on losing the signal. After re-inserting the sim then turning airplane mode on and off it is finally stable.
p.s. check your mail already, man!
I did the 2.2 update via pownage tool so that baseband wouldn’t be updated, do I need to redo the 2.2 update again so it CAN update the baseband? :(
I wish you could do these updates without having to reinstall all apps, etc.
Mine worked on T-Mobile US, but a 3G without 3G (and GPS?) is just a glossier/greasier 1G… :(
mine worked on t-mobile US but when i try to make a call the bars drop CAN SOME ONE HELP ME OUT i think is the sim card that i just haded today
i already installed yellowsn0w, still not unlocked. i restored to firmware 2.0.1 but it got an error. so i restore it using the 2.2 firmware successfully. but when i browsed in Settings->General->About, it’s
“(null) (null)” under the Carrier. I don’t know what this means,can anyone pls tell me what going on.

I’m not bothering with it at the moment. I’m already on AT&T and am pretty happy. I am traveling over seas in a few months, and perhaps then I’ll give it a go, but right now I have no reason to. Congrats to you though!
i Have iphone 3g 16gb and IHaz Success too! After yellowSn0w I had to toggle airplane mode and reset network settings and thats it! Tmobile in upper left corner, works fine!
