[...] Yellowsn0w, the illustrious iPhone 3G jailbreaking software, launched at the beginning of this month and the Dev Team is already toiling hard at their next release. Even though the group hasn’t officially announced that redsn0w is the iPod Touch 2G jailbreaking software, it more than likely is. When Apple stuffed a better CPU into the latest Touch, it broke the original jailbreaking software so a new release is likely to drop soon. Hopefully. More as we get it. Large image and coded message after the break. [...]

I'm not bothering with it at the moment. I'm already on AT&T and am pretty happy. I am traveling over seas in a few months, and perhaps then I'll give it a go, but right now I have no reason to. Congrats to you though!

I did the 2.2 update via pownage tool so that baseband wouldn't be updated, do I need to redo the 2.2 update again so it CAN update the baseband? :(

I wish you could do these updates without having to reinstall all apps, etc.

I had issues where my phone would keep on losing the signal. After re-inserting the sim then turning airplane mode on and off it is finally stable.

p.s. check your mail already, man!
