What if someone posted a picture of each of the people who are being alleged to be the same person with each holding a newspaper with the same date showing and a background of something from the state or country where they reside?

Maybe Dr. Molis could stand beside the salt lake holding the Salt Lake newspaper. And James Brausch could stand on the beach in Costa Rica wearing a swimming suit and holding the local Costa Rica newspaper. And Diego Norte could hold the Heber newspaper and stand in front of Heber City hall.

Would that convince you that they weren't the same person? Or would you just say that he started early in the morning in one country and flew to all of the other places and put on the appropriate disguise in time to get all of the pictures?

In an earlier thread you were saying that James Brausch and Michel Fortin were the same person because they wrote a book together. Someone else responded that they had heard one of them interviewing another.

What if all of the people who are alleged to be this James Brausch all got on the phone on a conference call together? Would that convince you? Or would you just say that this guy is uber-rich and could pay a lot of impersonators to pretend to be each of his various personalities?

Or maybe we could get their birth certificates and fly all of their mothers to the same place to testify under oath that they gave birth to each of their respective sons. There are only about 20 mothers involved at this point of about 20 different men who are claimed to all be the same person. It could be done.

Of course even Barack Obama had to deal with you conspiracy theorists claiming he wasn't a citizen even after he posted his birth certificate and had various relatives who witnessed his birth testify that he was born in Hawaii. Maybe that wouldn't work either.

You conspiracy theorists crack me up. You can't prove that jfk wasn't shot by ten dimensional mice from andromeda. But you can prove that these individuals who are being claimed to be the same person are actually very different people who don't look a thing alike and don't even live in the same state or even the same country.

What's next? Did this Dr. Brausch/James Molis/Greg Norte character kill JFK too?

The burden of proof is on the person making the extraordinary claims. None of us can prove that these various people aren't the same person. None of us have that burden. You are the one with the extraordinary claim that someone puts on various disguises and jets around the world making up blog entries, taking pictures and checking mail.

It's your claim. Where is your evidence? Even the wildest claims about big foot and the lockness monster have pictures or some kind of evidence to back up their extraordinary claims. They don't have good solid evidence... but you don't seem to have any evidence at all.

He sure gets around.

So you're saying that Diego Norte/James Brausch/Dr. Molis and who knows how many other people are all the same person?

And then you're saying that this one person constantly jets between Oregon, Utah, Nicaragua and Costa Rica just to check their mail and take pictures that confuse their location?

And you're saying that the various blogs and sites of the multiple people who obviously look different, have backgrounds in pictures that obviously look like different places, have different writing styles and have personal blogs that mention their activities in different places with different people are all just a hoax to try to cover up that they are all the same person jetting around the world checking mailboxes?

And you're saying that anyone who doubts your theory needs to get aboard the "reality express?"

Is that what you're saying?

Of course James Brausch (that's you, right...or are you a fiend or family member?) may not be in Utah at this exact moment. No surprise there. You do have a suitcase, don't you? You like to spend that income you make from not having to pay full boat to people who post your links on forums right?

If one believes anything Brausch says, he may be in Nicaragua right now. Of course, he has a computer and a blog, so he can work from another location obviously.

Regarding your addresses James, the Utah address for Diego Norte is the exact same one you've personally used for years. And you've also publicly taken orders at the Oregon forwarding address. Both are yours of course, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

Keep those denials rolling! Oh, and what about that previous comment you made saying you wouldn't be back to make more excuses here? Seems you can't resist climbing aboard that denial train, huh? All aboard the reality express!

You can follow these blogs to see that James Brausch does not have a Utah address as Bill claims:

http://www.brausch.com
http://www.jamesbrausch.com
http://www.kristibrausch.com

There are enough pictures and video that I would say those sites are NOT a hoax. And that is definitely NOT Utah in those pictures and video.

The whois information for diegonorte.com lists a Utah address. The whois information for jamesbrausch.com lists an Oregon address.

If the above blogs are all elaborate hoaxes to make people believe that james brausch is in Costa Rica (which I doubt) then you still can't link james brausch to diegonorte.com from that whois information. Those pictures might be somewhere in Oregon in the summer-time. You are insane if you think they are from Utah though.

How did james brausch and family get all of those beach pictures and tropical jungle pictures in Utah? I've been all over Utah and never seen an ocean beach or a jungle.

Does he fly to Oregon every week to take pictures with his family just to fly back to Utah to run diegonorte.com and get his mail? Or does he make those weekly trips between Costa Rica and Utah?

Me thinks you are grasping for a hold on reality Bill! And methinks the rocks are pretty loose where you are reaching.

Me thinks a more rational explanation is that Diego Norte is run from Utah and James and family use an Oregon forwarding address to Costa Rica as both claim.

Of course, he might live on the moon and diego norte might be a martian. What do I know?

I can confirm that. The so-called "Dr." Greg Molis is just another alias for James Brausch/Diego Norte. You can see his real picture here:

http://www.saltlakechiropractor.com/

He even looks like a scam artist and a tweaker in that picture.

He pretends to be a doctor in Salt Lake City which is a crime. Everyone needs to inform the better business bureau, the AMA and the attorney general in Utah. The address where he pretends to practice medicine in on that site so he could be arrested today.

People are probably being killed by this pretend "Doctor" James Brausch/Greg Molis/Diego Norte.

If you don't take action and report him now, then you are an accomplice to helping him hurt more people!

Has he ever gotten chiropractic services from chiropractor Dr. Greg Molis in Salt Lake City Utah? Just wondering. I read that Greg Molis is the father of James Brausch's wife, Kristi Brausch. But I could be wrong. Probably not though.

I do NOT believe you. Your rambling comment does NOT add up. And adding the fake comment from Martin really shows who you are.

John Biggs certainly had no reason to lie about receiving all those spams. He had a REASON to tell the actual truth though: like others out there, he was sick of the "Diego Norte" spam. He NEVER asked to receive these spams. You claimed he didn't "include" the unsubscribe link. First of all, I don't believe there even was one. Second of all, you have NO LEGAL RIGHT sending unsolicited spam even if you include a so-called "unsubscribe" link. (Read the federal law and see for yourself. It is VERY clear about this.)

You signed your name "Diego Norte." That is certainly NOT your real name. (And I'm also NOT convinced you aren't really James in the first place.) James has publicly stated on his blog that he MADE UP the name "Diego Norte" himself. If you believe what you do is honorable, why would you even use an assumed identity?

Secondly, why does the "Diego Norte" web site WHOIS information list James Brausch's address in Utah? Is it because HE still pulls all the strings? My guess would be yes.

I wonder what "useful products" you are even selling? Is it the mailing lists of all the people who responded to "work at home" ads on places like Craig's list? (I wonder what those people would think if they knew their personal information was being sold that way. And don't try to say they would all be delighted about it, because that would hardly be believable.)

If you are not really James Brausch, why are you so devoted to defending his activities? It's all really quite unbelievable.

Nothing is correct here. I am not James Brausch. We aren't even the same race. I'm asian. He's white. I bought a business from him in February 2008. He is bound not to comment on our transaction in his non-compete agreement. He is also bound not to engage in any Internet business in 2009. I see no evidence that he has violated his agreement in either way.

I don't spam. He never spammed. I have his entire business system. I should know. There isn't a single activity we engage in at Diego Norte that has anything to do with spamming via email, blogs, craigslist or anywhere else.

This is all a fantasy. We use Craigslist only for hiring people. We never spam it. We follow all Craigslist rules and have never even sold anything via Craigslist. The only thing we have ever done with Craigslist is to post job openings as they occur.

We don't spam blogs either. Nobody who has spammed this blog with this fantasy stuff is associated in any way with Diego Norte. If we ever found a contractor, employee or vendor engaging in this kind on nonsense from either side of the aisle, we would fire them instantly.

I don't like spam any more than the next guy. All of our opt-in lists are CANSPAM compliant. Every single person on them has opted in and confirmed. Every single email has an unsubscribe link at the end. Subject lines are always accurate.

I have no idea why John Biggs lied and posted a partial email from us that cut off the unsubscribe link. His made up controversy is selling us a lot of products, but I don't think that is why he is making up this stuff.

There are no UFOs either. Big foot isn't real.

We're just a company selling useful products. Some were purchased from James Brausch. Many others are selling other products that were purchased directly from James Brausch or from us when we cleaned out the product line after purchasing the business.

For example, we no longer sell Artemis Pro or the Info Product Creation course. Yes; their sales pages look like ours. Yes. We used to sell them. We sold the exclusive rights to those products to other companies who now sell them as their own product.

There is no conspiracy to spam, scam or anything else. It's just a fantasy made up by John Biggs and others to pass their time in an entertaining way.

Don't believe everything you read on the Internet.

I'm sorry I didn't address this sooner. I found out about this mess yesterday while reading John Biggs threats to James Brausch and his family on James Brausch's blog.

I still hesitate to post here and pretend this thread even deserves a response.

I don't condone John Biggs threats, defamation or me or James Brausch or anything else he has posted. I also don't condone the posts of others who have defamed John Biggs in return. This entire post and comment thread is an example of the very worst in humanity.

I won't be making any further statement on this matter. Feel free to make up as many conspiracy stories as you wish about Diego Norte. We enjoy all of the new customers it brings us. They quickly learn that these fantasies are just that. We don't do business the way indicated in this thread. We never have. We never will.

What exactly is not correct here? That this James Brausch has directed people to post "job" ads on Craigs List or that people are spamming forums with his site links? There seems to be a lot of commentary (even on other sites) that indicates there is truth to this. Also, your insulting previous posters doesn't make anyone else think much of your comment either. There is nothing ridiculous about someone not liking spam. Do you like spam? I don't.

You are ridiculous Tanya.

Don't you think the "authorities" can easily break through your scam and defamation attempts and see very clearly the true identies of the people you are attempting to link?

If that aren't capable, then John Biggs/James Brausch should be very afraid of false prosecution simply because people post stupid and false allegations on the Internet. Everyone should be very afraid if the law enforcement system really is that broken.

Stupidity and false allegations on the Internet have been here as long as the Internet has existed (and in other media before that). An allegation is just that. It's a rumor. When false (as these are), it is defamation and those defamed can take action in a court of law if they so decide.

You can't get authorities to act on your defamation. If you could, then others could make up stuff about you and get the authorities to arrest you. Would you like to live in that world?

Looks like the work of James Brausch (aka Diego Norte) once again. "Administrative Assistant" actually means low pay/no pay spammer "job." That's as bogus as it gets.

If anyone else gets one of these spams please take the time to post a complaint at complaintsboard.com and ripoffreport.com. You will want to list both his real name (James Brausch) as well as his fake name (Diego Norte) in the subject. It would be helpful also if you would submit a complaint with the Salt Lake City Utah Better Business Bureau web site as well.

Maybe eventually we can get the authorities in the United States as well as wherever he is currently operating to take action against James Brausch.

Is Stephen Dean basically James Brausch's Renfield? You have to wonder if Stephen freqently uses the phrase "Yes, Master" when James summons him up from the dungeon. The way Stephen thinks and talks you'd think James Brausch was also a ventriloquist. Too bad their act sucks.

The unwanted comments that James directs to blogs ARE spam. They are "drive by spam." It's just like garbage dumped on the property of others. It serves you James, not them.

Here's a classic of example of how James has dumped on a blog and how they feel about it:

Are you James or Stephen?

You can attempt to discredit Bill or Scott all you want, but there are plenty of others who have had the same experience.

Pretty egotistical to say you can "bump him out" by the way. That's the bully in you, isn't it?

Expect it to all backfire.
