The problem is that everyone tries to "cover" the news which is a rumor to begin with adding their own versions of details.

Forum A starts the rumor, blog B covers it, blog C refers to blog B and adds their on version, blog D refers to C... blog Z reports it as news.

Of course not. He may have been sipping margaritas on a Mexican beach when someone in Cupertino thought up the iPod. But, to carry on with my earlier analogy, I doubt the boys from Vermont singlehandedly churned up every single flavor they've ever produced. It doesn't make them and their involvement in the company any less important.

Well, to be fair, Steve pretty much pulled Apple out of the toilet when he retook the throne in '97. OS X, iMac, iPod, iTunes, iPhone, all the things that pretty much define Apple today were done on Steve's watch. Apple can certainly keep going without him, but a Steve-less Apple is more akin to a Ben- and Jerry-less Ben and Jerry's.

This so reminds me of Simpson (Steve Jobs) Cartoon , where Bart was imitating Steve Jobs.

I mean question is why do people so much care if Steve Jobs is going to be there or not, if it comes from his mouth or Ghandi It's freaking same dialog just different character looking.

Duno but Apple gayness really sometimes piss me off.

Investors will believe whatever they want to believe. Obviously being thin in this age of overweight individuals means that you're dying of something. I'm sure there are media people right now saying that Steve Jobs is lying. Why? Because that's what they want to believe. These people don't need proof to envision the worst situation.

I suppose there are pancreatic cancer experts that know survival rates aren't high or something. There are always exceptions to illnesses. Yeh, all of us are dying and we never know our last day on earth. If Steve's problem isn't serious then we should just move on and hopefully the media people will stop with the rumors in an effort to manipulate Apple share price. Amen.
