Yum. According to Crave Taiwan, MSI has outed the 13.4-inch X320 netbook. Sure, at 13.4 inches it’s likely out of netbook range, but let’s keep our eyes on the prize here: a razor-thin notebook with a big screen and keyboard for under $1,000.
The X320 weighs in at 2.9 pounds and is less than an inch thick. It’s got a 13.4-inch 16:9 screen, features an Intel Atom processor, three USB ports, VGA out, an Ethernet port, and a card reader.
An MSI official said that the price would fall between $799 and $999 dollars. So yes, it’s a netbook in the sense that it uses an Atom chip and doesn’t have an optical drive, but just about everything else makes it an affordably priced ultraportable notebook.
No word on when it’ll be available, but we’ll hopefully be able to find that out at CES later this week.

she is beautiful….the model :P
lol.. exactly the reason why I clicked.
yup
Let the overheating begin!
Also, no one (MSI nor CG) should even infer that this laptop is a netbook (way too big and too pricey).
Blatantly clone of Apple Unibody design from the seamless trackpad to the annoyed black bezel. Well, at least they cant copy the material :)).
MSI Air???
this might put the necessary price pressure on the apple product.. that’d be a good thing.. hope Steve get’s his hormones in balance soon!
Well it just looks like a bad MacBook Air copy with the reduculous glossy-display from the MacBook family. Hope this cheap looking glossy hype is over soon.
What netbook? Oh! that…
Do you thinks she comes with one?
those gloves creep me out.
Those gloves TURN ME ON :)
I’d expect the decency to add a right-click button… even if it’s a copy :(
You push on the left for a left click, you push on the right for a right click. It’s on a rocker, just like my little MSI Wind.

“Oops, I forgot the drinks!”
It’s too thick compared to the Air.
The Air is too thick compared to the Mitsubishi Pedion. Which is probably a laptop you’ve never heard of before, which is good for Apple, because they get to lie and say the Air is the world’s thinnest laptop, and all the fanboys moan and touch themselves to pictures of Steve Jobs and no one bothers checking if it’s actually so.
It’s slightly thicker because it has ports. I like ports. They let me, you know, plug things in. Plus it’s about a thousand dollars cheaper than Apple’s overpriced toy computer.
This about sums it up: The Air is too expensive compared to the X320.
