Not that Microsoft needs any help selling the Xbox 360 here in North America (more on that later today), but it will release a Resident Evil 5 bundle in Japan in early March. If you liked Resident Evil 4 (that’s everyone, right?) you’ll be sure to enjoy this one.

The bundle, which will retail for ¥34,800 ($368), contains the Xbox 360 Premium (60GB hard drive, then), a free premium New Xbox Experience theme and a special edition of the game itself. What’s so darn special, you ask? Well, it’s enclosed in a metal case and comes with a soundtrack. Oh, and the standard free 48-hour Xbox Live card.

Nothing about a North American bundle, ‘fraid.
