I actually think this is kinda cool. A lot of folks are just saying “this is just green-screen” but it looks very good and does not seem to need a particular background, so it’s a lot more consumer friendly. I’m not sure what I’d use it for, but “the street finds its own uses for things” and it could be interesting to see what people do with it, if it catches on.
I don’t know that it doesn’t require a special background. The lady had to stand against a plain white sheet. Not that those are rare or anything, but still.
dont really give a rats ass bout the composite thing, but a 1000fps 30fps vid/still camera in a tiny P&S body – now that is pretty f’n sweet.
