		<description>If it came to pass that every new car sold required diodes with Ruthenium, it would not stay &#039;inexpensive&#039;.  I also have my doubts as to how inexpensive Ruthenium is right now: if most people haven&#039;t heard of an element before, odds are it ain&#039;t very plentiful (or easy to obtain) to begin with.</description>
