A Coast Guard camera pointed at the Hudson River completes the story of the miracle landing from start to finish. Within seconds of the splashdown, passengers are evacuating and a quick minute later, the first boat steams full speed towards the downed aircraft. There isn’t any sound but the 10 minute video chronicles the entire event. The must see video after the break.

That’s a really2 great pilot!!
Really thank God everyone is fine.
If not for the quick thinking of the pilot, the ordeal could be disastrous.

Pictures were released. But I got the video here. The news is like a movie and am sure there will be a new Oscar winner out of this bravery. The Pilot Captain Chesley B. Sullenberger III is the real hero, we feel – Internet Techies
This was truly a “Miracle on the Hudson”. And Captain Sullenberg is certainly a hero and deserving of praise., But let’s not forget the co-pilot and the flight crew. They, too, helped save the passengers and the day with their heroic and selfless actions.
umm…are those the twin towers in the back???
LOL I thought the same thing.
hehe, but obviosly we’re wrong…the twin towers have been much bigger and on another spot…seems my memory of the skyline fooled me…well i’m from austria and only been to nyc once…10yrs ago for just 3 days…
I’m not sure about the video. I fly a lot but this looks a bit to fast for me. The airplane appears with a splash at 3:31:02 and at 3:31:38 (after camera view changes to the left) you can see the passengers on the wings. That’s 36 seconds after touch down and the doors are open and the passengers are out of the seats and belts . Maybe the video is fake or the crew is damn fast… hmmm
