Looks like a Spy Cam to me.

When I first bought a Nokia phone with Bluetooth and a camera I assumed I could stream the image to my computer as sort of a wireless web cam but that was not possible. Well, if it was I couldn't figure out how to do it.

I did think it might be kinda cool to be able to have a phone stream images directly to my computer via Bluetooth. The closest thing I found was an app that had a motion sensor on it that you installed on the phone. When something in the frame moved it took a photo and then sent it to another phone VIA MMS. Sort of an instant and portable security camera. Sending the MMS was not consistent and it did not work that well.

I could see this being effective if lets say you wanted to keep an eye on the kids who are in one room "watching a movie" but your on a computer in another room. Essentially a portable spy camera is all.
