I’ve seen the clip on the internet. Just a bloke swinging his willy round wasn’t it? Hardly that offensive, and parents could quickly have switched over if watching it with children who might have been shocked or offended.

My Eliason, that is a slap in the face of all faimllies who’s young childern were exposed to porn on what is supose to be a faimlly friendly sports cast. You are just tring to pay off and slip under the rug a major vilolation. The jails are filled with people who have shown young childern porn, and the courts have deamed that a serious crime.

This is not something money can buy off. The person responcible or the person in charge needs to be fired and Free councling and mental health help needs to given to those effected.

Otherwise Comcast needs to have thier lic to do business stripped.

At the end of the day please just do the right thing. If we stoled your cable you would charge us with the crime of theft. DLM

We are appalled by last evening’s Super Bowl interruption. The Super Bowl is a family-viewing event, and we are mortified by what occurred.

We can’t undo what happened, but we remain deeply sorry for the impact this situation has had on our customers. To that end, we will be issuing a $10 credit to any Comcast video customer in Tucson who was impacted. While this credit won’t change what happened, we hope that it will demonstrate to our customers, and to the Tucson community, how seriously we are taking this situation. To get this credit, impacted customers should call 888-315-8219.

We are continuing with our investigation into what we believe may have been an isolated, malicious act, and will aggressively pursue all leads until we come to resolution.

Big PR mistake offering $5 off. First, $5 doesn’t make a difference in anyone’s life, and certainly nobody who was offended is going to be the least bit mollified by five lousy bucks. Second, just offering any kind of discount implies fault, and now everyone is going to blame them and demand something more than a few dollars.

They should have gone with the first rule; deny, deny, deny. Blame someone else. Terrorists, perhaps. Invade a country nobody has ever heard of as a response, but do not admit blame.
