Google owns Android, but not the patents on multi-touch. 
Google is free to distribute Android as it sees fit. Google is not free to distribute multi-touch patents because Apple owns them.
Google, therefore will not bundle multi-touch patents with Android.
Playing nice is NOT what I will call Google&#039;s action. Prudent business practice is a more accurate way of describing Google&#039;s policy.</description>
