The term “hand-made” is probably one of the last things you would think of when it comes to USB sticks. But not so in Japan, where a craftswoman apparantly spends a whole working day to manufacture one stick that’s shaped like a little cat.

The USB cat looks very strange in my opinion (look between its legs, for example) and is made of Chirimen, which is traditional (and expensive) Japanese heavy crape cloth normally used for kimonos.

The 2GB stick is available for everyone to buy at Geek Stuff 4 U (price: $81.75+shipping).

  • wow! first of all that is very funny, look at the cat and between its legs. The work that is done by the craftswoman was applaudable, one should have utmost care and patience to do things like that. but the con is it cost too much, i didnt expect such price for a thing like this,

But the reality is that, its not the price you are paying for the USB ,its the price you are paying for the work of craftswoman.

i still cant resist myself from laughing at it, its like a pin in the a*&, lolzzzzzzz

  • $81?? They need to automate its creation, something tells me.

  • $81 isnt so bad :D all i have to do is get two of them and leave them in my room for a few days
