I received them last month and I noticed that the new r2 coupler was not part of my order. I have the old plastic. Also I am 5'4 and I have a problem adjusting the straps so that they feel safe with two cameras. I have tried several time to reach someone who can assist me but to no avail. I love the idea but so far I am not willing to take a chance that my cameras will find themselves on the ground with my expesive lenses. Please assist. Yeah, it will make it slightly harder to take off and put on but it is worth it.
