I need 10 TB’s …. I was geeked when I seen the 1 TB WD for sale at target for $99 with $10 gift card. Till I did the math and figured I could only store around 160 AVI movies.. I just want one of these connected to my average hp laptop that the monitor is out but is connected to my Sony Bravia XBR 9.. But will probably get the WD HD system to run in there somehow.. So to build the ultimate movie catalog of say around 1600 AVI movies.. I need 10 TB… I will wait a little while. I purchased my 500 gb before xmas for 129.99 as said I can buy a TB for less than that in six months so I should be able to get this in the beginning of 2010 for 500???

How many people really need TB of storage. I guess with HD capabilities on cameras, maybe I too will need it someday.
