The cooling base will cost $29.95 and should be available in July – just in time for hot weather!
As an added bonus Microsoft recommends using the cooling base as a home air conditioning system once the global recession hits, which is why you should pre-order with a debit card now to ensure you can still afford it. Try sliding it under your pillow while you sleep or putting it under grandma while she swelters in the refugee relocation shelter.

My Macbook is hot as hell is doesn’t run a Microsoft O/S.
It depends on a lot of things why your laptop runs hotter or cooler.
Sheet, I have a Intel processor, those are known for running a lot cooler and after I get done using my laptop I think my sperm count was cut in half.
But depending on how well this works i might pick one up if they make it work for a 17″ model.
Vista running on my EEE PC never made it run as hot as my bf’s Macbook Pro. Maybe that’s why the cooling base is mostly white – it matches all the Macs.
