We saw the original of this crazy hybrid controller back in 2007, and I can understand why you might want one. I mean, watching console players play FPSes is watching a mudskipper flopping along the bank, thinking “god I’m slick.” They’ve recently updated it, but the principle is the same. Split the Dual Shock in half, remap the right analog stick to a mouse, and put buttons all over that mother.
It still seems like FPS gamers would be working under a handicap compared to a PC (against me, anyway), but if I were to sit down with some Killzone 2 or what have you, I’d buy one of these things sight unseen just to avoid the embarrassment of dual-analog control.
The new version lists improved…well, pretty much everything. I like that it has a “frag button.” If only it were actually that easy. It costs $80, which seems expensive until you try it and realize you’ve been playing games at a toddler level of precision for the last few years.

The OP sounds like a whining noob who would get his ass completely handed to him on a regular basis in Killzone or Halo, and then blames it all on the controller.
I think Tony above should get on counterstrike on the PC with a headset on so we can really hear someone whine. I play Call of Duty on PC and PS3 guess which one of my profiles has the highest accuracy rating. The PC and it doesn’t use a nooby aim assist either.
hahahaha i love that one guys said this is like cheating. from him thats saying that pc controls for FPS are so good that its comparable to cheating if compared to analog controls. PC win

But it doesn’t matter because the thing doesn’t work properly. Sure, it may work for CoD4 ( I dunno I didn’t try it with that game ). However, for Resistance 2, Killzone, or any other shooter….it plain doesn’t work correctly. I wasted money on it sadly.
I used this before. Honestly, it does not really feel like a PC control. The mouse isnt that accurate.
It has a somewhat lag to it. The movement isnt as precise and consistant as i’d like it to be.
But well, it gets the job done for those who suck at controllers…
I continued using the controllers on my ps3, and the k&m for the PC…
I guess, consoles are meant to be played with a controller afterall.
