[Update: It's over!]
Nintendo was generous enough to provide everyone at their press conference with a copy of Rhythm Heaven (Rizumu Tengoku), a game which is already very popular in Japan and they’re hoping will take off here, presumably with word of mouth from us folks. Of course, I don’t have a DS (I’m still working through the Dreamcast library), so one of you lucky ducks gets to keep my copy of this game — which I should mention isn’t due out for another 11 days.
All you have to do is leave a comment! Rhythm Heaven is all about minigames that let you demonstrate your rhythm or lack thereof — for most of us it’ll be a learning experience rather than a way to show off. So tell us why you need more rhythm. For example: I need more rhythm because when I walk, I get out of step with the song I’m listening to in my head. This is true, and I probably need Rizumu Tengoku more than any of you jokers.
You’ve got until Friday to share your story, at which point we’ll pick the best and ship you your sweet new DS game — plus maybe a shirt.

I need more rhythm because I will be entering my third year of marching band this summer and I still have trouble playing my tuba while I march. The tuba is supposed to be the beating heart of a band. Eeeek!

I just love rhythms. I couldn’t carry a tune in a bucket, but I can tap out rhythms all day. I’m looking forward to this offering.

I need this copy of Rhythm Heaven because when I play the drums I tend to get out of rhythm when I start thinking about the next upcoming song. I have tried different ways to fix this problem, like by drinking and when that didn’t work more drinking and a lot more drinking all less failed, maybe this game would fix my dilemma, and my drinking problem…hahaha.
I need Rhythm Heaven because my musical tastes are stuck in the 90s.
I’ve gained so much weight sitting on the sofa these winter months that I need to ramp up to exercise, starting with my DS arm.
Well… I used to be a bass clarinetist… but one of my most common problems was maintaining the rhythm… which is bad, especially if your instrument is the one used to keep the rhythm… (mine usually was…)

I want this game because winning it is probaly the only way my daughter may ever get it in these trying times for now maybe a little bit of rhythm is what might get us through the next day.

I need more rhythm because chronic arrhythmia runs in my family. The lack of Nintendo rhythm games in our lives make all our hearts beat too fast sometimes.
Of course, the doctors say it’s due to bad diet and little exercise, but I’m pretty sure it’s not having this game.
