I have just bought the Ex-FC100 and noticed it makes quite a lot of noise (sort of buzzing like things are going on inside, for quite a long time?) Is this normal?

Looking for suggestions. I have the S-10 and was thinking about upgrading to the FC100 or the S-12. I'm looking for video and getting the great pics of my 2 year old twins. Please give me your recommendation. Thanks in advance!

I bought this one in Italy for 287 Euros. Strange than it's cheaper than in Asia. I am very happy with the quality of the pics and HD video. I wonder if a faster SD card can affect the smoothness of video recording.

bye

The review was helpful, thanks!

I'm deciding between this and the SD880. Friends have cautioned me about the FC100's low light/indoor performance.

Does anyone have links to more low light pics? The samples here so far are admittedly good but not really lacking for light and there are no indoor shots. After all, the ability to get the right shot doesn't matter if all the shots are blurry or noisy.

Looking for indoor sample shots/feedback.

Thanks,

Thanks for the review.

I wanna by a point-and-shoot camera, I dont know much about photography and I dont really care, I just want good pictures and a small camera :) Thats what makes Exilim EX-FS10 (not FS100) interesting to me.

I spent the summer in Italy and took tons of photos in huge churches with bad lighting and most of the pictures I took were very blurry. I used an Casio Exilim EX-Z1000. The result were the same when I took night shots. I had to support the camera on something to get decent shots. My question is: Will this camera help me get good pictures in these environments (huge, dark churches and night scenes in the city). I mean if it shoots tons of pictures a second then some of them must be good and non-blurry, am I right/wrong?

Would you recommend this one over Ixus 100 IS and CyberShot DSC-T90?

Sorry for the long post :D

You can see a few photos here:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/devindotcom/sets/72157616133471868/
I would say they're decent quality, but like i noted in the review, it's really about getting the RIGHT photo. I'd say it performs about average in low light, nothing special. But if you're doing low light stuff you shouldn't be using a point and shoot to begin with :)

The HD videos are pretty high-bitrate, and when you're shooting 420 frames a second, remember that you're shooting more than 10 seconds of video for every second you're actually shooting. So you could easily fill up a card if you're having fun. Go for 8GB, you can get them for less than $20.
